Make the check out to East Bay Plantation HOA and include your house number on the memo portion of your check.

The fees for 2025 are $486 for the year.

1st payment due: January 1, 2025

After January 15th, a late fee and interest will be assessed.

2nd payment due: June 1, 2025 (only if payment is half for January)

*This does not apply to those who pay in full in January*

After June 15th, a late fee and interest will be assessed.

You can also give your bank the address and have them mail a check for you (bill pay).
