The HOA Dues are assessed annually. The current annual rate is $486. The payment is due January 1st. After the 15th of January, late fees and interest will be assessed.

Checks are to be made payable to East Bay Plantation HOA and your house number included on the memo portion of your check.​

Checks are to be dropped off at the HOA mailbox or mailed to Bella Vita Property Management at: PO Box 120096, Melbourne, FL 32912.​
