The HOA Dues are assessed annually. The 2026 annual rate is $520. The first payment of $260 is due January 1st. The second payment of $260 is due June 1st. Late fees and interest will be assessed if payments are not received by the 15th of January and the 15th of June respectively .

Checks are to be made payable to East Bay Plantation HOA and your house number included on the memo portion of your check.​

Coupon Books are being mailed to each Homeowner. You should use the payment instructions in the coupon book for payments. Checks may also be dropped off at the HOA mailbox or mailed to Bella Vita Property Management at: PO Box 120096, Melbourne, FL 32912.​
