Vision Statement
East Bay Plantation is a deed-restricted community in the heart of North Melbourne, providing a relaxed lifestyle, characterized by attractive homes, manicured grounds, well-maintained amenities and friendly, considerate neighbors.

 

Mission Statement
To make this vision a reality, the EBP Association will endeavor to:

• Provide effective two-way communication between the Association and Owners

• Respect Owners opinions and concerns

• Encourage Owner participation in community issues

• Conduct business in an open and reasonable manner

• Maintain and enhance the attractiveness of homes, common areas, and facilities

• Provide clean and well maintained amenities

Meetings

There are two types of meetings:

• Annual Meetings - these are scheduled at the end of each year for the forthcoming year and a minimum of a 14-day notice is sent out to all Homeowners. They are open to all Owners and follow a specific agenda with time for Owners to ask questions and express concerns.

• Board Meetings - these are established to meet the schedules of the Board Members for the Board to complete necessary Association business. They are generally attended by Board Members only, but interested Owners may attend. Notice of the Board meeting will be sent via email to the Homeowners and the agenda will also be posted on the bulletin board at the pool house.
