Pool Floor Cleaning

Pool Closed - Paver Sealing

The pool will be closed Tuesday, June 16, 2026 through Thursday, June 18, 2026 for the sealing of the pool patio pavers (weather permitting).

The pool will reopen for use on Friday, June 19, 2026.

HOA Dues

If you only paid for the January balance of the 2026 HOA Fee, be advised that your second payment is due by June 30th, 2026.

Coupon books for the 2026 Dues payments were previously mailed out from Truist Bank.
You may send your payment with the remaining coupon in your booklet, or make an online payment for the full amount using the information found in the booklet.

If you cannot find your booklet, you may mail a check to Bella Vita Property Management at PO Box 120096, Melbourne, FL 32912.
